Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Short version: if something is wrong with your purchase, you get your money back. Refunds are handled by Paddle, and you can request one directly from them.
Who processes your refund
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every purchase made on this site. That means Paddle — not IndiSpice Atelier — is legally the seller, handles the payment, issues your invoice, and processes refunds. Paddle's name appears on your receipt and on your bank statement.
Refunds are governed byPaddle's refund policy, which applies to your purchase in full.
How to request a refund
Go to paddle.netand enter the email address you used, or the order number from your receipt. Paddle will find your order and handle the request.
You can also email us at hello@indispice-atelier.com and we will help — but going to Paddle directly is faster, because they are the ones who action it.
Where we will always put it right
Regardless of anything else, contact us and we will fix it if:
- the file is corrupt or will not open
- the download never arrived, or your link expired before you used it
- you were charged twice for the same title
- the book is materially not what this site described
In the first two cases we will simply send you the files. You do not need to ask for a refund to get a working copy of something you paid for.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live, and Paddle applies those rights regardless of what this page says.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because these books download immediately, Paddle asks you at checkout to agree to immediate delivery, which waives that particular right — you are told this before you pay, and it is your choice to accept it. Every other consumer protection continues to apply.
What you are buying
A personal, non-transferable copy of an ebook, in PDF and EPUB, with no DRM. It is yours to keep and read on any device you own. Redistributing it, reselling it or publishing it is not permitted — see ourterms.
