Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken Breast
Crispy, protein-packed tandoori chicken made in the air fryer with traditional Indian spices.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp green chili (optional, or as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional, or as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional, or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, for garnish
Method

Mix yogurt with tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and turmeric powder.

Add green chili (optional or as per taste) to the marinade for heat.

Add red chili powder (optional or as per taste) for extra spice.

Add black pepper (optional or as per taste) for flavour.

Add lemon juice and salt.

Marinate the chicken breast for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
